Prairie Sugar Bakery is the sweet side project of Rachel, a soon-to-be-retired Air Force veteran with over 18 years of professional culinary experience. During her service, Rachel worked as a chef, helped develop and implement menus across the Air Force, and oversaw multiple kitchens – including time at the Pentagon.

Now she’s channeling all of that training and passion into something a little sweeter. Every cupcake, cookie, and bar that comes out of Prairie Sugar Bakery is made from scratch using quality ingredients, baked with the same care and precision she brought to her military career.
